4154-4156 Lover's Court Chalet II

These three adjacent lots are tucked away in a completely undeveloped corner of Chalet II, and have many wonderful features. All three are heavily treed with pinon pines and juniper, and there are a few small ponderosas in the nearby greenbelt as well. Together these lots measure 1.5 acres, and have a combined border with the Cottonwood Creek greenbelt of almost three hundred feet! This is one of the largest greenbelts in either Chalet, allowing a home built near the southern edge of 4156 to be completely isolated from other homes in all directions. While Cottonwood Creek is usually diverted into its northern fork about one mile upstream, the southern fork does occasionally run (especially in the spring) and we have seen it happily gurgling just behind Lover's Court. Views of the valley from these lots would be wonderful from a second story room or deck; mountain views are great as well. (Note the two fourteeners visible in the pictures.) Note that lot 4117C (nine consolidated lots) is directly across Lover's Way from Lover's Court; this fact, the grouping of 4154-4156, and a border shared with the Cottonwood Creek green belt add up to the fact that this little corner of the Baca will remain almost completely undeveloped for all time. Worth noting is the fact that the northern border of the National Park is less than 2000 feet away as the crow flies! The tap fees are paid on 4154 and 4155 (not on 4156); water is available to 4154 only, and sewer is still about a half-dozen lots away.
